Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of EventTrack (“the app”), provided by Murali Krishna M (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

EventTrack helps you plan events — managing budgets, checklists, schedules, guest lists, and related photos and documents — and to share that planning with people you invite. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You need an account to use the app, created with an email address, Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Sign in with Google (Android). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the app.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create and upload — your events, budgets, guest details, photos and documents (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display Your Content so the app can function for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for Your Content, including having the right to store any information you enter about other people (such as guests).

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to store or share unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or circumvent its security or access rules.
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

EventTrack offers optional Premium features through an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iPhone, and by Google through Google Play on Android, and are subject to that store’s terms. A purchase unlocks Premium on the platform it was made on.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions (Android). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Free features remain available whether or not you subscribe. If a subscription ends, content you have already created stays accessible; you may be limited from adding beyond the free tier until you subscribe again.

Intellectual property

The app itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the app.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app working reliably but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that it will be free of errors. You are responsible for keeping your own records of important information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where required, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
