MyExpenses+
In short: MyExpenses+ does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. There are no accounts and no servers — everything you enter stays on your device.

None. MyExpenses+ has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no back-end servers. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any information about you.
Everything you create in the app — expenses, categories, budgets, currency and appearance preferences, and an optional profile name and photo — is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData). This data never leaves your iPhone through the app, and it is removed when you delete the app.
If you enable the optional app lock, authentication is performed entirely by iOS. The app never sees, receives, or stores your biometric data.
When you paste a bank message to log a transaction, the text is parsed entirely on your device to detect the amount, merchant, and card. The message is not sent anywhere.
You may leave an optional tip to support development. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app does not receive or store your payment details, and tips unlock no features — the app is free.
The app contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Because no data is collected, none is sold or shared with anyone.
You can export your expenses to CSV or PDF, or create a JSON backup, at any time. These files are generated on your device and are shared only where you choose to send them using the standard iOS share sheet.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
