Delete your EventTrack account

You can delete your EventTrack account and its data at any time, from the app or by asking us. This applies to accounts used on iPhone and on Android. EventTrack is provided by Murali Krishna M.

In the app (fastest)

• Open EventTrack and go to Settings.
• Tap your name at the top to open Account.
• Tap Delete Account, then confirm Delete Everything.

For your security, the app may ask you to sign out and sign in again first if you last signed in a while ago. Deletion then happens straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email muralikrishna.manikyam@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my EventTrack account”. We will confirm the request is from you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, profile and saved teammates.
• Every event you own, including its tasks, expenses, guests, schedule, photos, documents and receipts. These are deleted for everyone you shared them with, since no one else can administer them.
• Your access to events other people shared with you. Those events stay with their owners; you are simply removed from them.
• Reminders scheduled on your devices are cancelled.

Deletion cannot be undone. We do not keep your data after deletion, except where the law requires us to.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions (Android).
