Email us muralikrishna.manikyam@gmail.com — we usually reply within a couple of days.Open the event, tap Share, and invite someone by email. They need a free EventTrack account. You choose whether each person can edit or only view, and every change syncs for the whole group instantly.
Free covers up to 2 events with a 50-guest list, plus the full checklist, budget and timeline. Premium adds unlimited events and guests, collaborative planning, the seating planner, photo and document uploads, reminder automation and custom themes.
iPhone: subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose EventTrack. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and choose EventTrack. Refunds are handled through Google Play.
A purchase unlocks Premium on the platform it was made on.
Nothing is deleted. Everything you created stays visible and you can keep using it — you just can't add beyond the free limits until you subscribe again.
On iPhone, go to Settings → Sync & Backup → Export Backup to save a copy of everything. To delete your account and all its data on either iPhone or Android, go to Settings → your account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. No longer have the app? See Delete your account.
Uploads need an internet connection. If one fails, check your connection and try again; the app will tell you if it couldn't reach the server. If it keeps failing, email us with what you were doing.
